Accommodation & Tours
We offer a range of accommodation and tour options that provide an opportunity to explore two local working farms and a unique experience to engage in farm activities while staying in a quaint country cottage or high-country hut. Glamping tents set-up in quiet, serene sites around our local farm provide comfortable amenities while allowing our guests to connect with nature in a more pleasant setting than general camping.
There are also standard and customizable farm tour, hunting and fishing options that see our guests guided around the high-country and providing insights into local agricultural practices, animal care, and local culture. There are both day and night hunt options which ensure responsible hunting practices are followed in specific areas across large sections of the farm that graze a wide variety of hunting options.
Depending on the option selected, morning/afternoon tea and lunch options are available and will include a variety of local game and produce. Half day, seasonal fishing trips are also available across three local lakes, and again have morning/afternoon tea or lunch options available.

Totara Peaks Farmstay
Combine the tranquility of rural life with lovely, quaint cottage accommodation and services, providing a memorable and rejuvenating getaway on a working farm with active livestock, dogs and farmyard machinery. Note, this may not be suitable for those with children under 3 years unless strictly supervised.
Totara Peaks Glamping
Our farm-based, private glamping sites provide our guests with the perfect balance between the outdoors and kiwi farm luxury, making it an appealing option for those seeking a unique and more comfortable camping experience. Each site has been selected for its privacy, weather protection, accessibility and views. There are food basket options available on request which include local game and produce. Note, all sites maintain a total fire ban. POA.
Hunting
We offer an exciting blend of adventure, natural beauty, and the thrill of the hunt, making it an appealing choice for those seeking an unforgettable outdoor experience. POA.
Totara Peaks Hut Stay
Set 5km back into the high-country at an elevation of around 750ft, our well-appointed hut provides the perfect blend of comfort, adventure and natural beauty, creating a memorable and authentic hunting experience or for those seeking time-out among nature. POA seasonal / weather dependent.
Farm Tours
Our high-country working farm tour blends agriculture exploration with breathtaking landscapes, culture immersion, and hands-on activities, making it an enriching and enjoyable adventure for all. Enjoy genuine hospitality from incredibly experienced farm hosts, who share their knowledge and stories, and sense of community to create a welcoming and immersive experience. POA/ seasonal.
Fishing
A guided, boating fishing tour on one of three beautiful local lakes combines expert guidance, scenic surroundings, and a variety of fishing opportunities, offering a well-rounded and enjoyable angling experience. POA / weather dependent.
